Darryl Jones has been part of the automotive industry since 1997, beginning his career as a Service Advisor and gaining valuable experience in both dealership and independent shop environments. His years of experience have given him a well-rounded understanding of automotive service and customer care, as well as a strong appreciation for the importance of honest communication and dependable service.
As Store Manager at Plantation Tire & Auto, Darryl is committed to supporting his team and making sure customers receive the quality care and service they can trust. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and taking on home and yard improvement projects. Darryl is also a proud father of two grown daughters, who he says are his “why” and his greatest motivation.
Ken Sunde brings an impressive 50 years of experience in the automotive industry to the Plantation Tire & Auto team. Throughout his career, Ken has built a wealth of knowledge and experience, along with a strong commitment to helping customers and supporting his team. As Co-Manager, he brings that experience to the shop every day, helping ensure customers receive knowledgeable, dependable service they can trust.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Ken brings the same dedication and commitment to his work that has defined his career. Outside of the shop, Ken enjoys spending time with his family and traveling—he’s always ready for the next adventure. And when it comes to his passion for auto racing, Ken says he loves “left turns.”
Thomas Jones brings 30 years of combined experience in restaurant management and the automotive service industries to Plantation Tire & Auto. His diverse background has helped him develop a strong understanding of customer service and the importance of creating a positive experience from the moment a customer walks through the door. Thomas takes pride in helping customers understand their vehicle’s needs and providing the friendly, dependable service they deserve.
Outside of the shop, Thomas enjoys golfing and fishing. He’s also a member of both the USGA and PGA, reflecting his passion for the game. When he’s not on the course or out on the water, you’ll likely find him enjoying his Harley-Davidson and participating in the H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group) Club.
